2025 Winter Workouts Session 1

This program is for league ages 13 through 18 years old. This is a five week (twice a week) session beginning on Thursday January 30 and ending on Sunday March 3, 2024. Thursdays will be from 7pm to 8pm and Sundays will be from 10am to 11am. Workouts will be held at The Nest, 340 Quinnipiac St, Suite 19B, Wallingford, CT.

NOTE: SPACE IS LIMITED. REGISTRATION WILL CLOSE ONCE PROGRAM IS FULL. DO NOT WAIT TO REGISTER.
